( 2 ) CRM-M-10928-2022 (O&M) presented and now the case is fixed for framing of charges against the accused persons.

The counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, while referring to order dated 2.3.2022 (Annexure R-2/4) passed by the learned Trial Court, submits that earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and at the time of presentation of challan, the petitioner had put in appearance and the learned Trial Court accepted the regular bail bonds furnished by the petitioner ,meaning thereby the petitioner is now on regular bail and as such no ground is made out to entertain the present petition, whereby the petitioner has sought cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2.
