(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 12.04.2017, under Sections 452, 382, 511, 483, 411 and 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Patiala, District Patiala. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 03.04.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 25.04.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
