HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that in compliance of order dated 13.02.2020 passed by this Court in CWP No. 3876 of 2020, a speaking order dated 08.04.2021 has been passed by the Competent Authority whereby legal notice submitted by the petitioner has since been decided.

In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to add that it would be open to the petitioner to assail the said order if still aggrieved.
