(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners-Jaspinder Singh and Sukhminder Singh, in case FIR No. 09 dated 24.01.2019 registered under Sections 452, 324 and 323 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sadiq, District Faridkot.

On instructions from, ASI Jaswant Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
