(ORAL) Challenge in the present appeal is to judgment dated 04.10.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ferozepur in complaint No. COMI/293/2022 dated 20.04.2017 titled as 'Rajwinder Kaur @ Raju vs. Raj Kumar and another' whereby the accused/respondent No.1 herein, has been acquitted of the charges framed against him.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the findings of the learned Court below; learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
