(Oral) This order will dispose of above said petitions, which are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of criminal Complaint No.386 dated 27.11.2008 registered under Sections 406, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Amloh and summoning order dated 23.04.2011 (Annexure P-2) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner Savela Kumari @ Suvella Kanwal/Parveen Parkash Kanwal have been convicted in the said criminal complaint by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate. He further submits that in the main FIR, challan has been presented and charges have been framed long back on 04.11.2015 and the petitioner(s) are facing trial.

Accordingly, the present petitions have become infructuous and are dismissed as such.
