******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.11 dated 11.09.2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 166, 383, 385 of Indian Penal Code and 7, 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Bathinda. Heard.

Learned counsel for petitioners has placed on file copy of order dated 12.04.2018 passed by the trial Court as per which petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and were released on interim bail. Petitioners were not challaned and have been summoned to face trial for offences punishable under Sections 166, 383, 385 and 120-B IPC and 7 and 13 (2) of P.C. Act. The trial is in progress. Custodial interrogation of petitioners is no more required for further investigation of the case. CRM-M-13440 of 2018 -2Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 02.04.2018 is made absolute, subject to following terms:- (a) Petitioners shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.

(b) In the event of their absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to petitioners shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel their bail bonds and surety bonds and proceed to procure their presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality petitioners shall have to apply for bail afresh. (c) They shall not leave the country without the previous permission of the Court.
