The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.127 dated 15.11.2018 registered under Sections 406 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana District Ludhiana and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR, on merits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the FIR in question already stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2023 passed in CRM-M-9772-2023 on the basis of compromise between the parties and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
