(ORAL) The present revision petition has been filed on the limited ground that the application filed by the plaintiff-petitioners under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'CPC'), has not been decided since 2017.

The only prayer made by learned counsel for the plaintiffpetitioners in the present revision petition is that the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of CPC as well as the main suit itself be decided expeditiously.

Since the prayer made is totally innocuous, hence, I do not find it necessary to issue notice of motion and call upon the other side. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off and the trial Court is requested to try and decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of CPC on the next date of hearing as well as to decide the main suit expeditiously.
