(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionistpetitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, while submitting that the petitioner would move an application before the Lower Appellate Court concerned for seeking early hearing of the application moved by him in Civil Appeal No.129 of 2022, with the prayer to stay the operation of the impugned judgment and decree passed by the trial Court. 2.

Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
