Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his claim only to the extent that the representation (Annexure P-2) sent by him to the authorities mentioned in the application dated 20.04.2015, be considered in accordance with law.

The petitioner has alleged that she has threat to her life and liberty from private respondents, who are her husband and his relatives. Presently, she is residing with her classmate. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of, with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate action on the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law, on submission of copy of this order with copy of representation in his office.
