FIR No.
Dated Police Station Sections 30.08.2023 City Kharar, District SAS Nagar 323, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) 1.
The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.
2.
Registry has raised an objection that the petitioner had earlier filed CRM-M No.2198 of 2024 seeking anticipatory bail before this Court which was dismissed, however, no reference of the same has been given in the present petition. 3.
State counsel submits that second bail petition under Section 482 BNSS is not maintainable.
4.
Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
5.
Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
