******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that private witnesses have been examined by the trial Court and no documentary evidence has come on record.
As per report of trial Court, 21 out of 28 witnesses have already been examined.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Narender Kumar submits that in fact 23 witnesses have since been examined and five have been summoned for 05.12.2018.
As the trial of the case is at final stage, no reason is made to grant regular bail to petitioner.
Dismissed.
