(Oral) Election photo identity card dated 27.02.2019 of petitioner No.1-Kajal, bears the residential address of House No.74, Hatholi-1, Hatholi, Police Station, Behat, Tehsil-Behat, District Saharanpur and Aadhar card of petitioner No.2-Arvind Kumar also bears the address of Qawadpur, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Even the memo of parties shows that private respondents No.4 to 6 are residents of Village Hatholi, Saharanpur, Tehsil Behat, District Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh and respondent No.7 is resident of village Ramkhedi, Saharanpur, Tehsil Behat, District Saharanpur (U.P.). There is no believable evidence attached with the petition, showing that petitioners or the private respondents, from whom apprehension has been expressed, are residents of State of Haryana, Punjab or U.T.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
