Present writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the petitioner is entitled for promotion to the post of Forest Guard from the date of acquiring the qualification but the said benefit is not being given to him and that too without any valid justification. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the averments made in the paragraph 7 of the writ petition, the petitioner had moved several representations raising the claim as raised in the present writ petition but the same have not been decided so far. 3.

CWP-4680-2024 2024:PHHC:028495 to raise the claim as raised in the present writ petition, several representations have been filed but, no such representation has been attached with the petition and in case any fresh representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of any such claim by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, it is found feasible to grant the relief claimed in the representation, the same will be granted to the petitioner otherwise, due reasons will be mentioned while passing the speaking order, which will be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation. 7.
