(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 15 dated 19.01.2018(Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Having argued the matter at some length, when this Court showed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Forum under Section 239 Cr.P.C. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
