(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is cousin of husband of respondent No.4. Since respondent No.4 is having matrimonial dispute with her husband, she has been lodging several FIRs against her husband and his relatives including the petitioner. It has been submitted that respondent No.4 has already lodged as many as 5 FIRs against the petitioner in which cancellation report has been filed in 4 of them. - 2 - CRM-M-11482-2021 (O&M) submits that respondent No.4 be restrained from lodging any further FIR against the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. No such direction can be issued for restraining respondent No.4 to avail of her legal rights by lodging FIR in case it is found that any wrong or any offence has been committed against her. Needless to mention, in case any FIR is lodged by respondent No.4 against the petitioner, the same shall be inquired into meticulously while taking into account that the allegations levelled in the previous FIRs were not found to be substantiated. The petition stands disposed off accordingly with the aforesaid observations.
