Civil Writ Petition No.6464 of 2021 ...2...
Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner could not deposit the amount within the time, as granted by this Court and prays for some more time for doing so.
In the light of this earlier statement recorded by this Court on 19.03.2021 of the counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any ground for accepting the prayer of the counsel for the petitioner and dismiss the present writ petition.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail of his alternative remedy in accordance with law.
