Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.16 dated 06.02.2020, registered at Police Station Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 323, 324 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added subsequently). Vide order dated 26.02.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
