Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.62 dated 31.03.2018 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 506, 341, r/w 120B IPC and Section 302 IPC added later on, at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar. Vide order dated 06.03.2020, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail. He was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer for rendering assistance. It was further directed that in case the petitioner has passport, he will surrender the same or if he does not have passport, he will submit an affidavit in this regard.

Learned State Counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He had also submitted an affidavit stating that he does not possess passport.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 06.03.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made RENU 2022.01.25 11:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
