Apprehending threat for their lives, the peƟƟoners claiming to have married had come up before this Court by filing the present peƟƟon wayback on 24.02.2020. 2.

Counsel for the peƟƟoners submits that although the period of more than 03 years and 06 months has passed but the peƟƟoners have not contacted him and they have also not communicated about any threat percepƟons, as such, he wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon.
