BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitioners with CWP-12812020 titled Shyam Sunder and others vs. State of Haryana and Anr' being the lead case and based on this decision, this Court vide order dated 30.01.2025 passed in CWP-6314-2020 titled Shiv Kumar vs. State of Haryana and another, allowed the writ petition.

Learned State counsel has not controverted this fact. Allowed, in terms of judgment dated 04.10.2024 passed in CWP1281-2020 titled Shyam Sunder and others vs. State of Haryana and Anr and CWP-6314-2020 titled Shiv Kumar vs. State of Haryana and another.
