(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to conduct fair and unbiased investigation in case FIR No.0087 dated 01.06.2017 registered under Section 304 IPC (Section 304A IPC added lateron) at Police Station City Rupnagar.
