(Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Shiesh Pal of Police Station, Beas, District Amritsar, submits that in her statement recorded under Section 164, Cr.P.C., the prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution case, therefore, he would recommend to the competent police officials to take appropriate action regarding filing of report under Section 173, Cr.P.C., in accordance with law.

In view of above, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
