As per allegations of learned JMIC,Ludhiana, present accused Jai Ram being a Numberdar had identified a wrong person as Surety-Vijay Kumar while furnishing surety bonds for granting bail to one accused Bengali.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
