Mr. Balkar Singh, Advocate, for respondent No.2. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition for quashing of order dated 15.02.2016 (Annexure P-5), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak, vide which the bail was granted to respondent No.2 during trial.
Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, today in the Court, which is taken on record. As per reply, respondent No.2 has been acquitted by the Court of Additional Sessions Judgek, Rohtak, vide judgment dated 08.08.2016. In view of above-said fact, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed as such.
