Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.0040 dated 15.02.2021 registered under Sections 457, 380, 201, 188 IPC and Section 15 of the Indian Medical Council Act at Police Station Jadiala, District Amritsar.

The allegations are that the shop in question was being run by the petitioner, which was sealed by the team constituted by Civil Surgeon. On 01.02.2021, backwall of the shop was PRINCE SAINI 2021.08.23 12:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.12156 of 2021(O&M) found to be broken and theft was committed. Empty boxes of medicines were found lying near the backwall. Medicines lying in the shop were removed. By this act, only the petitioner is beneficiary as he is running the shop where the raid was conducted.

At this stage, the plea of the petitioner that he is working as RMP cannot be appreciated.

In my considered opinion, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in the present case. The present petition is found to be totally devoid of merits and is dismissed as such.
