**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned transfer order dated 20.02.2020 (Annexure P-4) vide which petitioner was transferred from DIC Narnaul to DIC Jind. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since retired on 31.05.2021.

Disposed of accordingly.
