(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 0007 dated 08.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Women Police Station, Panchkula and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. In terms of the order dated 30.10.2017, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced in Court, a demand draft No. 134857 dated 31.10.2017 amounting to ` 7 lakhs favouring respondent No. 3-Pallavi Bhatia, along with Settlement Agreement/Affidavit dated 30.10.2017 effected between the petitioners and respondents No. 2 and 3. The Settlement Agreement/Affidavit, is taken on record.

The original demand draft of ` 7 lakhs has been handed over to respondent No. 2-Balwant Rai Chauhan, father of respondent No. 3-Pallavi Rishu Kataria 2017.11.02 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Bhatia, who has been authorized by respondent No.

CRM-M-13626-2016 (O&M) -2against his signatures on the photocopy of the demand draft duly countersigned/identified by counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 which is taken on record.

Learned counsel along with respondent No. 2 submits that he has no objection if the impugned FIR No. 0007 dated 08.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed.

In view of the above, FIR No. 0007 dated 08.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Women Police Station, Panchkula and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners is hereby quashed. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
