**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation in FIR No.26 dated 24.05.2018, registered at Police Station Mullanpur, Garibdass, District SAS Nagar.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has already been presented before the Court below and the same has been accepted.

Upon this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
