(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that he had filed an application for rejecting certain evidence led by the plaintiffrespondents being beyond pleadings. The said application has been dismissed vide order dated 08.03.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that while dismissing the application though it has been held that the question whether the evidence led by the plaintiff-respondents is beyond pleadings would be seen at the time of final arguments, however an observation has been made that the witnesses examined are material in nature. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that any observation made in the order dated 08.03.2021 shall not be treated as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case as also the question whether the evidence led by the plaintiff-respondents is TRIPTI SAINI 2023.03.01 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
