This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 169 dated 14.10.2014 under Sections 148/149/323/452/506 IPC and section 325/307 IPC added later on at Police Station Hassanpur, district Palwal. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated May 05, 2015, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 05, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
