Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.11/20.1.2014 under Sections 138(b) and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, pending in the Court of JMIC,Moga. Petitioner is facing summary trial for a dishonoured cheque of Rs.2.5 lacs.

Vide order dated 26.2.2016 the learned trial Court has cancelled petitioner's bail bonds on account of his non-appearance for not presenting himself for the sixth time in a row and delaying the cross examination of the complainant although on five previous occasions his application for personal exemption was accepted. After arguing for sometime,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
