(Oral) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 120 dated 23.06.2011 under Sections 406 & 498-A IPC registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiapur. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein contends that pursuant to the previous order, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the matter has been investigated and the challan has been presented.

Mr. A.S.Manaise, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 prays that the matter be referred to the Mediation and SATYAWAN 2018.12.06 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-13559-2018 -2Conciliation Centre for an amicable resolution to the dispute since proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are pending as well as an appeal against the acquittal of co-accused.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. In view of the facts that the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation and has joined the investigation, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 03.04.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i) (ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre at Hoshiarpur on 19.12.2018 to resolve the disputes amicably.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the District & Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur.
