(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.63/21.01.2015 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 at Police Station Anti Power Theft, Verka, District Amritsar. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 22.04.2015, directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no RAVINDER SINGH 2015.05.15 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
