(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 111 dated 23.05.2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act , registered at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner had joined investigation on 25.04.2017 and is not required for further interrogation.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 19.04.2017 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
