 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.50 dated 31.01.2022, registered at Police Station Kanina, Mahendergarh, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Vide order dated 11.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

             

         

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Rekha, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 11.03.2022 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.09.23 06:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
