(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for direction to entrust investigation in case FIR No.994 dated 14.11.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149 and 323 IPC at Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra, to some independent agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has serious reservations about Sarpanch of the Village, who in connivance with respondent No.3 - S.H.O. Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra, wants to grab his plot.
