Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab assisted by ASI Mohan Lal Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.22 dated 5.3.2016 under Sections 447,336,506,148,149 IPC and 25,27 of the Arms Act, PS Chabhal,District Tarn Taran.

The allegations are that petitioner alongwith his two other coaccused have encroached upon Government land belonging to Grain Market Committee, Tarn Taran by raising an illegal construction in front of his shop.

It was contended that the petitioner is ready and willing to remove the alleged entire encroachment and therefore interim protection granted vide order dated 3.5.2016.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire encroached area has been vacated. Learned State counsel on instructions concedes that encroachments have been removed and the petitioner in terms of order dated 3.5.2016 joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.05.26 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
