Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of order dated 21.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7204-2025, affidavit dated 26.04.2026 of Mr. Amandeep Singh, Additional Superintending Engineer, Special Operation Division, PSPCL, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), along with Annexures R-1 to R-3, had already been filed in a similar contempt petition i.e. COCP-699-2026. He further submits that the petitioner was not even a party in the said writ petition i.e. CWP-7204-2025.
