(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 252 dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 148, 149, 323, 441, 354-B, 509 and 506 IPC at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh, lodged by respondent No. 4 against the petitioner and his other co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 2Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Haryana, to consider and take a final decision on representations dated 11.12.2023 (Annexures P-2 to P-5) made by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Haryana, to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representations and take action thereupon as he deems fit, in accordance with law, within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
