Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 3 to protect their lives, liberty and property at the hands of respondents No.5 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for the redressal of their grievance, petitioners have made representation (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, NRI Wing, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Prabhjot Singh Walia, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
