Crl. Misc. No. M-1273 of 2017 (O&M) [ 2 ] It is not in dispute that FIR No. 22 dated 13.02.2017 under Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 506 IPC has since been registered at Women Police Station, Ambala, against respondents No. 4, 6 and 7. Final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C./challan has been presented against the said respondents. Therefore, no further orders are called for in this respect. Learned counsel for the petitioners however submits that after registration of FIR No.22 dated 13.02.2017 when the petitioners went to village Nagla for recovery of the dowry articles along with the police officials, they were attacked by the in-laws of petitioner No.1. Representation dated 05.04.2017 (Annexure P6) in this respect was submitted. However, no action is being taken by the police authorities.

None of the observations made here-in-above shall be construed to be a reflection on merits of the case and shall have no bearing thereon.
