(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioners have sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to hand over the investigation of the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.0206 dated 20.11.2018 registered at Police Station Saha District Ambala under Sections 302, 323, 148 and 149 IPC, to some independent agency or in the alternative, to direct respondents No.2 to 4 to expedite the investigation of the said case in a fair manner, arrest the accused, record their statements, effect the recoveries and present the Challan within some specific time frame.
Learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on the instructions from ASI Parmod Singh, from Police Station Saha District Ambala, apprises the Court that the investigation has already been concluded in the criminal case pertaining to the subject FIR and the Challan SEEMA SHARMA 2022.07.12 10:41 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

has also been presented in the competent Court on 05.07.2019 and even the charges have been framed against the accused on 18.11.2019 and now, the case is pending before the trial Court for the recording of the evidence of the prosecution.
In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, it becomes explicit that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of accordingly. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 11.07.2022.
