(ORAL) By way of present petition preferred under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 the petitioner has sought quashing of impugned order dated 19.01.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate SBS Nagar, whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in complaint case No.44/1/2016 dated 19.08.2013 under Section 326, 324, 323 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
