Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.235, dated 18.04.2022, under Sections 21B and 27A of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 added later on) , registered at Police Station Aadampur, District Hisar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and file an appropriate application for bail before the trial Court. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.
