Mr. Rajpal Singh, Advocate for the complainant. NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 84 dated 10.11.2023 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 12.03.2024, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 03 months and 22 days.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Permitted to do so.
