Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 to 5 to arrest respondents No. 6 & 7 and their accomplices who are accused in case FIR No. 1039 dated 27.12.2018, registered under Sections 302 & 34 IPC at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal on the basis of complaint filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 10.01.2019 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.4Superintendent of Police, Karnal, but the same remained unattended till now.
