(ORAL) Mr. Baldev Raj Mahajan, Senior Advocate, submits that in view of the order passed by this Court, a regular exercise is being carried out. He refers to the compliance affidavit filed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula and further assures the Court that periodic regular exercise will be undertaken. In view thereof, this Court does not find any need for passing any further order.

Needless to say, the respondent shall remain bound by the undertaking given.

Contempt petition stands disposed off.
