Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioners seek issuance of direction to official respondents to protect their lives and properties from being invaded by the private respondents.

Petitioners claim that they are convicted in a murder case and their sentences have been suspended by the Court. Precisely a representation is statedly pending before respondent No.2. At this stage, without commenting upon the merits of this case, it would be just and appropriate to ask Superintendent of Police, Sirsa-respondent No.2 to have a fair look on the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order on the representation so furnished by the petitioners expeditiously.

Petition stands disposed of.
